About the Role
We’re hiring a recruiter who can deliver hires, not just interviews.
You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates into the business. This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job ads, referrals, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
- Screen and interview candidates for fit, mindset, and potential
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (first contact → onboarding)
- Follow up and convert candidates into joiners
- Track pipeline and results
Requirements
- 3–5 years in recruitment, headhunting, or sales
- Proven track record of placing candidates or hitting targets
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and results-focused
Compensation
- Base salary + performance incentives
- Higher earnings for consistent performers
