About the Role

We’re hiring a recruiter who can deliver hires, not just interviews.

You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates into the business. This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job ads, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Screen and interview candidates for fit, mindset, and potential
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (first contact → onboarding)
  • Follow up and convert candidates into joiners
  • Track pipeline and results

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in recruitment, headhunting, or sales
  • Proven track record of placing candidates or hitting targets
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and results-focused

Compensation

  • Base salary + performance incentives
  • Higher earnings for consistent performers

  • You can follow up until closure
  • You can handle rejection and still perform
