Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
2. Prior Receptionist, Customer Service, Front Desk, Concierge, or other hospitality experience preferred
3. Good personality, full of initiative, have organizing and coordinating skills
4. Pay attention to detail, work fast, and willing to learn new things
5. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
6. Proven experience as a content creator, preferably on Instagram, facebook, tiktok, etc
7. Able in doing multi-task job and good time management
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Respond to inquiries from visitors, clients, and employees, providing accurate information or routing them to the appropriate resources.
- Manage the company's main email inbox, forwarding messages to relevant staff members and responding to general inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings as requested.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as sorting and distributing mail, filing documents, and data entry.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the administrative team or management.
