Job description for RECEPTIONIST at ULALA NAILS

WE ARE HIRING

RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team at Ulala Nails.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner
Manage daily appointments and booking schedules
Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
Coordinate schedules with therapists and technicians
Manage client records, follow-ups, and cashiering

REQUIREMENTS

Strong English communication skills — spoken and written (a must)
Excellent at managing bookings and multitasking efficiently
Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
Familiar with booking applications and WhatsApp Business
Previous experience working in a salon is preferred
Experience in salon, spa, or hospitality is a plus
Available to start immediately

Salary: IDR 5 – 5.5 million/month
