About the role

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at AutoSprint Pte Ltd. This full-time position is an integral part of our office operations, responsible for providing an exceptional first impression and delivering excellent customer service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming and greeting visitors
  • Handling incoming phone calls and messages
  • Scheduling and managing appointments and visitors
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using standard office equipment and computer software, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
