Bertanggung jawab terhadap end to end proses development produk baru (wood furniture).

Kualifikasi

Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di industri furniture kayu sebagai R&D Manager
Menguasai software AutoCAD /Solidwork
Mampu memimpin dan mengelola tim
Mampu mengimplementasikan strategi dalam proses development produk (design, line drawing, costing, pricelist)
Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan preventif yang kuat
Dinamis dalam mengikuti trend market dan kebutuhan perusahaan
