Memformulasikan produk baru dan reformulasi / revitalisasi produk exist,
Melakukan trial produk di laboratorium maupun skala produksi,
Membuat dokumen formulasi dan menghitung HPP, serta mampu menghitung AKG,
Menyusun dan mengelola dokumen formulasi, spesifikasi bahan baku, dan prosedur produksi,
Memastikan produk memenuhi standar keamanan pangan (food safety) dan regulasi BPOM / Halal.
