Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil atau terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman QS pada proyek konstruksi (gedung/infrastruktur) minimal 3 tahun.
Menguasai perhitungan volume (BOQ), RAB, dan estimasi biaya proyek.
Mampu membaca gambar kerja, DED, dan spesifikasi teknis.
Familiar dengan metode kerja konstruksi & material.
Menguasai software estimasi/QS dan MS Excel secara advance.
Mampu menyiapkan laporan cost control & progress.
Teliti, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dalam deadline proyek.
Bersedia ditempatkan di Cikembar, Kab. Sukabumi
