Job description for Quantity Surveyor (Architectural / Civil) at PT Global Multindo Cipta
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate quantity and cost calculations based on technical drawings, specifications, and relevant documents
- Identify and generate the scope of works from architectural drawings
- Producing As-Built drawings from hand sketch
- Making BOQ and project scope of works
Requirement :
- Architectural/Civil/Mechanical engineering graduates min. IPK >3.25
- Able to generate work volume and labour productivity
- Strong work ethic, reliable and highly motivated with no health and mental issues
- An ability to work quickly and accurately in reading shop drawings and specifications
- A scrupulous attention to detail in performing the work
- Desire and willingness to learn and work hard
- Skills and knowledge to work across multiple tasks in a high-pressure/busy environment, and work to deadlines
- Excellent computer and browsing skills with quick and touch typing with a keyboard is essential
- English proficiency is a must
- Interesting and amiable personality
