Job description for Quality Control Staff at JALA

Peran & Tanggung jawab

Menentukan dan mengimplementasikan standar kualitas produk sesuai dengan spesifikasi dari tim Supply Chain.
Melakukan pengujian kualitas pada bahan baku dan produk jadi, termasuk uji mikrobiologi dan kimia.
Mengawasi, memonitor, dan memberikan rekomendasi pada setiap tahapan proses produksi untuk mengidentifikasi potensi masalah kualitas.
Melakukan pengecekan terhadap produk setelah proses pembekuan, termasuk berat produk, UF, defect, penimbangan, dan glazing.
Mengawasi kebersihan area packing dan packaging, serta kebersihan peralatan dan karyawan.

Keterampilan & Kemampuan

Sarjana Perikanan, Biologi, atau bidang terkait.
Minimal memiliki pengalaman kerja 6 bulan di industri pengolahan perikanan.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan lancar.
Memiliki kemampuan berpikir analitis dan keterampilan problem solving yang kuat.
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
