Job description for Quality Assurance Staff (Frozen Food Product) at PT. Suryatama Usaha Nusantara

Kualifikasi :

- D3/S1Teknologi Pangan/ Teknik Industri atau sejenisnya

- Memahami GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSSC, Sistem Jaminan Produk Halal/ FSTL

- Pengalaman sebagai QA Staff diindustri pangan (frozen food)

- Terbiasa mengurus proses pendaftaran BPOM, Halal produk dan perizinan lainnya

- Mampu mengoperasikan computer (Microsoft office)

- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim

- Teliti, detail dan terorganisir dalam bekerja

- Memiiki kemampuan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang baik

- Mampu berbahasa inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan (nilai tambah)

Jobdesk :

- Menganalisis, mengembangkan, menerapkan, dan mengelola proses audit (internal &

eksternal) untuk memastikan bahwa produk memenuhi spesifikasi yang disyaratkan

untuk kualitas, fungsi, dan keandalan sebelum masalah kualitas/ FSTL

- Mengidentifikasi dan menetapkan standar dan parameter kualitas yang sesuai untuk

produk, dan rencana perbaikan untuk masalah kualitas

- Mempertahankan keluaran audit proses, dan survei menggunakan alat analisis dan

statistik untuk membuat keputusan peningkatan kualitas

- Membantu proses pendaftaran BPOM, Halal, dan sertifikasi lain-lainnya

- Melakukan analisa lab untuk bahan baku & produk jadi

- Membuat, menjawab dan memonitor CAR dari internal maupun External, serta memastikan perbaikan dijalankan pada lini produksi dan warehouse
