- Monitoring inbound and outbound correspondence calls, e-mails and chats;
- Checking the quality of services provided by the employee in accordance with the work criteria;
- Providing feedbacks to help out deliver best customer service;
- Making detailed individual reports about the services provided;
- Keeping active communications with team leaders and managers;
- Analyzing deeply each case and raising flags if needed;
- Improve business processes in QC area.
Requirements:
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills;
- Experience or acquiring knowledge in the Fintech industry or E-commerce;
- Ability to sit still and focus;
- Excellent written and spoken English, Malay and Indonesian languages.
