Job description for Quality Assurance Lead at Tix Id
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure that the quality of software or apps deployed is stable according to requirements
- Work together with the Product Manager to define acceptance criteria
- Write test cases, do smoke, regression, and integration tests regularly
- Perform Load and Performance tests regularly
- Improve the test automation experience by enhancing tools/scripts, test coverage, and/or code structure, and Automate repeated manual tasks to improve self/stream’s productivity
- Proactively assess quality issues during the software development cycle and provide constructive suggestions for improving overall QA processes and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information and Technology
- Experienced in leading QA team at least 3 years with a focus on both automation and manual testing
- Understands REST API standards (using Postman)
- Understands Robot Framework and JMeter
- Understands how to get and review data from database using SQL
- Familiar with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Circleci
- Self-motivated, driven, can thrive in a fast paced start up environment
- Self-learner, passionate about quality engineering for mobile and web applications
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
