Job description for QC LAB APLIKATOR SPRAY & TECHNICAL SERVICE at HOMERPAINT

PERSYARATAN:

• Pria, usia 18-35 tahun

• Menguasai penggunaan alat spray gun (airless / conventional)

• Memahami dan mengerti berbagai jenis cat industrial

• Jujur, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan pekerja keras

• Sehat jasmani dan rohani, serta siap bekerja dalam tim

TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB:

• Melakukan simulasi aplikasi cat (spray gun, roller, kuas) di laboratorium.

• Menguji kualitas film cat (gloss, daya rekat, kekerasan, kecepatan kering).

• Merawat, membersihkan, dan menjaga peralatan spray setelah digunakan

• Melakukan inspeksi substrat sebelum aplikasi cat (cek pH & kelembaban beton) di proyek

• Menangani komplain teknis di proyek dan membuat laporan analisis masalah (root cause).

• Melakukan kalibrasi, perawatan, dan perbaikan mesin dispenser & shaker tinting.

• Memastikan akurasi pengeluaran colorant (biang warna) sesuai formula standar.

• Melakukan update database formula warna pada software mesin tinting.
