Job description for QA Tester (Manual) at Pt Boer Technology

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai QA Tester Manual atau Software Tester.
Memahami SDLC, STLC, serta metodologi Agile/Scrum.
Mampu menyusun Test Scenario, Test Case, Test Data, Defect Report, dan Test Report.
Mampu melakukan Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Integration Testing, dan UAT.
Mampu menggunakan Jira untuk defect tracking dan task management.
Mampu menggunakan Confluence untuk dokumentasi proyek.
Mampu menggunakan Postman untuk pengujian REST API dan memahami JSON serta HTTP Status Code.
Mampu menggunakan DBMS Client (HeidiSQL, DBeaver, atau Navicat) serta memahami dasar SQL untuk validasi data.
Mampu menggunakan Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams).
Memiliki kemampuan analisis, komunikasi, dan dokumentasi yang baik serta mampu bekerja sama dengan tim pengembang.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Memahami requirement dan kebutuhan bisnis yang diassign.
Menyusun scenario testing pengembangan/project yang diassign
Terlibat dalam grooming dan seluruh sprint events (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective, sprint itu sendiri.
Melaksanakan kegiatan testing sesuai tahapan SDLC yang berlaku dan tim yang diassign (SIT, UAT, regresi, Sanity, Smoke Test, Deployment Test, Pilot Test (jika ada)
Melakukan dokumentasi pengujian termasuk melaporkan bugs atau defects yang ditemukan pada tools yang digunakan seperti, Jira dan Confluence.
Aktif berkordinasi dengan stakeholders selama project berlangsung
Mengikuti kegiatan table top (readiness deployment), dan deployment
Menyusun dan menyampaikan report persiapan deployment dan hasil pengujian setelah deployment/rollout dilakukan
