Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Production and Factory Supervisor at PT Frootiful Natural Nusantara located in Cikole, West Bandung.
The QA QC and administration role will be responsible for
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for end to end quality control this includes capable of routine inspection of incoming raw materials, production processes, until finish products.
- Ensure compliance with quality specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible to Maintain standards for reliability and performance of quality control and quality assurance for "end to end proses"
- Leading and communicate effectively with production team to ensure production standard according to the SOP and communicate cross-functional teams to address quality concerns.
- Work closely with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Participate in audits to demonstrate compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Responsible for providing reports relates to QA/QC activities and finish good
- Responsible to do administration related work
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet tight deadlines and multitasking.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in QA and QC
- Willing to be place at Cikole, Lembang, Bandung
Requirements :
- Diploma, Bachelor Degree of Food Technology, Chemical, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience as QA Inspector.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, FSSC 22000, Halal, GMP, OPRP, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in supervising / team management
- Willing to be place at Cikole, Lembang, Bandung
