QA Engineer (Quality Assurance)
Job Description
- Create test plans and test cases across all product modules (auth, billing, campaign management, analytics, AI features, content workflow, admin)
- Perform manual testing (happy path & edge cases) across web and mobile (responsive)
- Set up automated smoke tests for critical flows (auth, payment/credit, scheduled jobs)
- Conduct regression testing for each release
- Test integrations with third-party services (data providers, payment gateway, messaging API)
- Ensure billing safety (idempotency, double charge prevention, refund flow, low-balance scenarios)
- Validate role-based access control across multiple user roles
- Handle bug tracking and reporting (Jira / Linear / Notion)
- Prepare test data and support release rehearsal before production deployment
- Set up basic monitoring and alerting (Sentry or similar)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer (preferably in SaaS or web-based products)
- Strong in manual testing (test case design, exploratory, regression), REST API testing (Postman / Insomnia), basic SQL, and testing modern web applications (DevTools & responsive)
- Able to write clear, structured, and reproducible bug reports
- Plus points if you have experience with automation testing (Playwright / Cypress / Selenium), billing/credit/payment systems, third-party integrations (payment gateway, messaging API), or AI/LLM-based products
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Available to join immediately (or within short notice)
