Workplace: Plot B6 - Thang Long Industrial Park, Vong La Commune, Dong Anh District, Ha Noi City
1. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Panasonic Appliances Vietnam is looking for a candidate to join the Customer Service Team of the Quality Assurance Department. Eligible candidates will take charge of duties as below:
- Receive customer claims about product issues and cooperate with other departments to analyze and propose countermeasures
- Collect and analyze market quality data to understand the market situation and quality status
- Handle market quality issues: analyze the causes, propose action plans, arrange workforce accordingly current situation
- On-site checking at customer service's office
- Other related jobs assigned by Supervisor / Manager

2. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Around 2-3 years of experience in related positions. New graduates with good performance will be considered.
• Willing to travel for business trips ( domestics/oversea)
• Good command of English (4 skills).
• Be proactive, careful, and detail-oriented.
• Good office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
