Job description for Purchasing Supervisor at PT Mitra Dwi Perkasa
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise and oversee daily purchasing activities to ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes.
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to achieve cost efficiency and maintain quality standards.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with related departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Review and approve purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze purchasing data and prepare regular reports on cost, supplier performance, and procurement activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in procurement operations.
- Lead and guide the purchasing team to achieve department goals and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to purchasing, delivery, or payment.

- Min bachelor's degree (any field)
- Proficiency with Ms. Office
- Proven experience min 1 year
- Excellent communication and negotiation skill
