Job description for Purchasing Supervisor at PT. Trax Sumbiri Indo

Responsibilities:

Manage procurement of raw materials such as fabric, trims, and accessories
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing
Monitor inventory levels and purchase schedules based on production requirements
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers
Ensure material quality and compliance with company standards
Prepare purchasing reports and monitor procurement performance
Collaborate with Planning, Warehouse, QC, and Production teams

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Textile, or related field

✔ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing raw materials in the garment industry

✔ Strong knowledge of fabric, trims, and garment production processes

✔ Good negotiation and supplier management skills

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

✔ Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
