Job description for Purchasing Staff at PT Lianhua Leather Industry
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to manage our procurement processes, optimize costs, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders (PO) accurately.
- Source new suppliers and negotiate contracts for better pricing and terms.
- Monitor lead times and ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular market price comparisons.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in Procurement or Purchasing roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, or any relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kingdee) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English is a must.
