📍 Purchasing Staff – Kota Semarang

🏢 Inwa Bags Group

We are currently looking for a Purchasing Staff to join our team at Inwa Bags Group with the following requirements:

1. Minimum education: Diploma (D3/S1) in any field.

2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the bag manufacturing industry.

3. Good understanding of purchasing processes and material requirements.

4. Familiar with ERP system input and purchasing data entry.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

6. Able to manage purchasing data, reports, and documentation accurately.

7. Able to coordinate with suppliers and related departments.

8. English communication skills (spoken and written) are an advantage.

As a Purchasing Staff, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain purchasing reports, records, and documentation.

2. Input and update purchasing data in the ERP system.

3. Coordinate with suppliers and related departments regarding purchasing needs.

4. Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

5. Support purchasing activities and material planning.

6. Ensure purchasing documents are properly organized and updated.
