Purchasing Executive
Job description for Purchasing Executive at GOODFOOD
1) Order:
- Receiving Order/FC from Demand
-Get approve for quantity need to buy
-Take confirmation from supplier about quantity /Delivery date/ Price/Grade
-Follow up order/ organize ETD to ensure the order delivery on time as request until finished.
2) Claim an price increase:
- Work with supplier to know the reason of increase price/ when applied new price/ how many percent increase
-Calculate Margin before increase and after increase
-Send update landed cost to Purchasing manager/ BOD
3) Costing:
- Check import duty and Calculate costing to apply selling price for new supplier
- Well manage transportation cost or Logistic cost
- Re-calculate costing for increase/decrease price
-Calculate costing for request of product need to LCL instead of FCL
-Calculate costing for new product as per request of Sale
4) Documentation:
- Correct document shipping before transfer to Admin team
-Translate to VN name for each new product for open declaration customs
- Follow up document/ Credit note/Debit note to accounting for payment processing
- Update Certificate when expired to re-applied Import permit
- Ask Document to make new QD if have any change of labelling/shelf life/ ingredient … that need to renew QD.
5) Planning shipment
- Work with supplier and Demand and issue planning
- FC container/ Space on AIR …
- Follow up
6)Solving issue/ Complaint/ Claim to supplier
- After receiving cargo, work with supplier detail if have any issue about Quality/Quantity
- Suggest solution to fix it
- Inform to Admin/ Accounting team if have CN/DN
- Try to close complaint/ claim issue within month.
7) Communication to others DEPARTMENT:
- Inform to Admin team to re-new QD incase changing labelling/packaging/shelf life/ingredient
- Inform planning shipment to relate department
- Inform relate department
