Job description for Public Relations Senior Consultant at Prospr Consulting Pte Ltd
- Assist PR Lead and General Manager in the creative development workflow and is responsible for campaign implementation.
- Successfully drive and develop new business opportunities
- Strengthen and expand existing client relationships with compelling ideas and quality service.
- Develop public relations and social media programmes to help achieve clients’ objectives.
- Provide counsel, strategy, and direction of accounts.
- Ability to front the agency and handle day-to-day client requirements directly.
- Organise, generate, and disseminate reports (work-in-progress / contact reports / budgetary), billing, and cost estimates.
- Maintain industry contacts to keep informed on leading industry trends, while monitoring the overall landscape for reputational risk for the firm and its clients.
- Motivate and develop staff through implementation and maintenance of training and culture-related programmes.
- 3 plus years of experience within Technology (FinTech preferred), Consumer, Corporate and/or Startup space or some combination on the client-side, agency or both.
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys working with startups.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically with a global perspective.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills that enable collaboration and team building.
- Ability to set and achieve aggressive goals while knowing when to engage key stakeholders.
- Possess sound judgment and the capacity to accurately assess complicated situations.
- Have a drive that is fuelled by the success of others and the team effort versus personal ego.
- Bring passion to the account and the team, keeping everyone focused on key goals and building momentum.
- Ability to put him/herself in the client's shoes and see all aspects of the account from the client's perspective; go the extra mile to make sure it's done right.
- Support team to make sure we're delivering our best work.
- Anticipate client needs and bring suggestions to the table on how to expand current projects that will raise clients' visibility and increase ROI.
- Strong writing and listening skills with good budgeting/administrative skills.
