- Professional Psychologist with Valid STR
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Clinical and Organizational
- Strong Leadership & Operational Management Skills
- Experienced in Assessment, Counseling, and Psychological Services Development
- Able to Manage Teams, Projects, and Service Quality
- Excellent Communication, Stakeholder Management, and Report Writing Skills
- Data-Driven and Result-Oriented
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work with deadlines
- Positive attitude & team spirit
- Passion for growth & innovation
- Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, Tangerang or other locations as needed
