Job description for Property Management Trainee at MetroResidences
We are seeking a Property Management Trainee to join our Asset Team. This position is best suited to candidates who are organized and people-oriented with a desire to learn how residential properties are managed.
Job Scope:
- Direct the daily activities and tasks of the Asset team
- Supervises the completion of a variety of tasks
- Conduct throughout apartment walkthroughs and maintenance checks
- Organize and document information and updates
- Travel to various apartments and buildings as required
- Spearheading apartment styling and interior design works
- Supporting the Asset Head
Requirement:
- Superior attention to detail
- A positive can-do attitude and a self-starter
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
