Job description for Property and Facility Manager at Wall Street English
- Assuring the building, properties and services meet the needs of the company
- Monitor the facility team to make sure that the maintenance of the properties are well maintained, i.e. the cleanliness, decorations and properties, along with the surrounding environment are in the best condition
- Responsible for the whole project of opening a new center, starting from designing the concept, the budget forecast, timeline of project and quality control
- Update cost and explore alternate suppliers and vendors to find the best price, quality, service and timeline
- Track and maintain the progress of the project, including maintenance report and marketing documents
- Designing the design and decorations for exhibition booths
- Creating the report for purchase order, invoice, project contract, vendor contract and leasing contract
- Deliberate an excellent center facility service
- Deliver and maintain the best quality control and budget control
- Scout and analyze strategic location for opening Wall Street English centers and exhibition booths to maximize sales growth
- Hold a Bachelor degree from a reputable university - preferable in Facilities Management, Project Management, or Civil Engineering
- Strong writing and communication skills - including the ability to communicate technical information
- Min. 5 years experience in Construction and Facilities Management in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of soft and hard service delivery
- Passionate about delivering consistent excellence
- Required keen attention to detail, work flexibility, and excellent time management to assign tasks according to deadlines
