Job description for Project secretary at PT BERSAMA TEMAN BAIK

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide full secretarial and admin support for the Director to ensure the smooth running of the operations.
  • Manage project administration very well by coordinating with the sales team and technical team under the supervision of the Director.
  • Support technical proposals for tender, and managing schedule preventive maintenance project under supervision of the Director.
  • Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Creating daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly All project reports.
  • Willing to conduct site surveys.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor Degree from any major, with minimum GPA 3.00.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role within the construction industry.
  • Smart and good analytical.
  • Strong communication in English, is a plus.
  • Experience with technical documentation and schedule.
  • A Must : super active in work, active asking in details to the Team for the completion of the work, and able to work with the Team.
  • Can work under pressure and diligent, and capable handling many target in the same time.
