Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction
- Handle equipment installation, maintenance, and simple/general repairs
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable technical solutions
- Resolve customer issues and improve service quality
- Visit existing and potential customers regularly
- Develop new customers and business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and support project coordination
Requirements
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate
- Experience in hydraulic, mining, metal, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to drive a car and possess a valid driving license (SIM A)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to work in the field and visit customers
