Job description for Project Officer at MINESKI INDONESIA
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in any major from reputable universities
- At least 1 year relevant experience in Event/Esport Industries would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills, including networking and relationship skills and written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English
- Administrative skill to undertake project technical support functions
- Passionate in E-sports or gaming industries will be plus point
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Helps the Project Manager to Conceptualize and plan and project events
- Scrutinize event expense/invoices before making a purchase order
- Ensure strict adherence to budget as agreed with the client
- Set and deliver service based on the timeline agreed with the client
- Handle operational and administrative functions to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
- Give suggestions on how to enhance an event
- Ensure prompt steps are taken to resolve any issue that may jeopardize the success of an event
- Coordinate with logistic - transportation, F&B, production, registration, marketing, broadcast and operation team during pre-event, show day, and post-event to make sure the project run smoothly as agreed
- Supervise event crew and vendors
- Analyze the success of an event and prepare - after event reports
