We are currently looking for a motivated and well-connected individual to join our team as a Project Marketing for our corporate division based in Bali.
Job Description
Identify and seek potential projects for the company
Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, contractors, and business partners
Introduce and promote the company’s services as a Construction Management Consultant (MK)
Conduct follow up and meetings with prospective clients
Coordinate company presentations and project discussions
Assist in proposal, negotiation, and project acquisition processes
Monitor market opportunities and potential project leads
Prepare regular marketing and progress reports
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree in any field
Experience in marketing, business development, property, or construction industry is preferred
Having networking in property/construction industry will be an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target oriented and self-motivated
Able to work independently and maintain professional relationships
Based in Bali is preferred
Own vehicle and active driving license preferred
