Job description
- Min 2 years of working experience
- All major study is welcome to apply (min GPA ≥ 3.00) or final year students is welcome too
- Happy to work under pressure
- Has experiences in organization (Leader is plus value)
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Knowledge of techniques and management tools is a plus
- Good communication skill, both written and oral, in Bahasa and English
- Discipline, start-up cultural-fit, must be able to work without supervision
- Highly independence on problem solving
- Active, eager and passionate
- Having knowledge in IT and application development is a plus
- A team player
- Have experience using tools such as JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project Management
- Have good knowledge on API, Front End, Back End, CRM, Mobile Apps Dev, Website Dev
Responsibilities:
- Take care the projects in SMS/Email/Chatbot/Marketing Automation
- Work on the define and assign tasks and deadlines of the project
- Support Product and Sales Team
- Negotiation with client related to project development
- Monitoring project progress and make it on track as planned
- Manage issue and risk related to project development
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Create, monitor and report on project progress
- Make sure quality of deliverables and satisfaction of stakeholders
- Evaluate and assess result of project
- Make business proposal
