Who We Want:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and manage a variety of projects within Ipang Wahid Stratejik. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles, and ensuring timely, within-budget project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and execute projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimations, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and manage project progress, addressing any issues or risks as they arise.
- Communicate with stakeholders, ensuring regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the industry.
- Lead and mentor project teams, facilitating collaboration and resolving conflicts.
- Ensure effective risk management by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Perform quality control on deliverables and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is often preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience and understanding of creative processes, branding, digital marketing, advertising trends, and the ability to discuss creative ideas and strategies
- Has experience as a project manager in the banking industry
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make sound decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
