Job description for Project Manager at Hatch Interactive
- Coordination with cross-disciplinary team members to ensure that all parties are on the same page with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Meeting with members of the project team to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring they meet quality standards
- Creating status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing pertinent data.
- Developing and implementing effective project communication plans.
- Facilitating change requests so that all parties are aware of the implications for schedule and budget.
- Coordination of the creation of user manuals, training materials, and other documents required for the successful implementation and handover of the process or system to clients.
- Identifying and developing new client opportunities.
- Obtaining customer approval for project deliverables
- Customer satisfaction must be managed during the project transition period.
- ERP Project oversight
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, business or related field is required.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage.
- Proven project management experience.
- Capability to lead and guide project teams of various sizes through completion.
- Formal project management methodologies are well-understood.
- Experience as a construction project manager, an IT project manager, or an ERP project manager is preferred.
- Capable of completing projects on time.
- ERP implementation comprehension
- Extensive experience managing a construction project.
- Experience with budget management.
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices is required.
- Excellent analytical skills
