Project Manager
Job Description
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timeline, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Communicate project progress, status, and risks to stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and project reviews.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT or software projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience managing cross-functional and remote teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) is a plus.
