Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle telecom projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients
- Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Handle project documentation, permits, and technical requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telecom project management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiar with telecom infrastructure, fiber optic systems, and network design
- Experience working with vendors and subcontractors
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
