Job description for PROJECT MANAGER at AGG
- Collaborate with Business Development for new project requirements and Technology Team to build the most productive and sufficient process;
- Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress;
- Ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within the scope and budget;
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
- Report regularly to line management;
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
- Build the management process with project documentation;
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
- Do improvements on the project to increase the project's productivity.
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or Computer Engineering major;
- 2+ years experience in Project Management
- Fluent in English communication and comprehension
- Having working experience in the Finance, Insurance field;
- Leadership and decision-making skills/experience
- Project Management Certificate/Skill
- Ability to negotiate deliverables with the customer/internal;
- Strong skills in communication, presentation and document management
- Well-organized and attentive to details
- Experience working with International Clients is a plus.
