Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Service existing and new (Singapore and Overseas) Client Accounts.
- Closely collaborate with a team of Designers and Developers to fulfill projects and meet deadlines.
- Act as the point of contact with the Client and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Client to understand his/her requirements.
- Communicate scope of work to the production teams.
- Monitor, react and adapt to any changes in schedules and priorities.
- Review deliverables and ensure Clients’ requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Senior level with 5 - 10 years of full-time, hands-on project management and account servicing experience.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Able to translate English to Bahasa Indonesia vice versa efficiently.
- Have knowledge in Digital Design and (Web and Mobile) Development. Technical background is required.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapt to changes, self-motivated and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly focused on ensuring good working relationships internally and with Clients.
- Highly organised and sensitive to details.
- Displays positive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
- Responsive to emails and messages.
Candidates must be willing to:
- Be based in Yogyakarta Office.
- Adhere to Singapore Public Holidays.
- Travel to either Singapore or Malaysia on occasion.
Some points to take note:
- The Project Manager needs to have a technical background. We’re looking specifically for a Technical Project Manager familiar with managing Agile projects.
- We’ll only be considering candidates who possess excellent written and spoken English. We won’t be able to compromise on this point.
- Project management/account servicing is less important as the Project Manager will mostly liaise with our Project Managers rather than the Client.
