We're looking for Progect Manager
(Client Success & Project Coordinator)
Location: Baywalk Mall Pluit, Jakarta Utara (WFO)

Frazier is a personal branding agency helping entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals build authority through strategic content and social media.
We’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between clients and our creative team, ensuring projects move smoothly from planning to execution.
Responsibilities:
I. Client Success
* Become the main point of contact for assigned clients
* Manage daily communication through WhatsApp and meetings
* Coordinate feedback, revisions, and approvals
* Maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction
* Conduct monthly review meetings and reporting
II. Project Coordination
* Track content production timelines and deliverables
* Coordinate editors, creatives, and internal team members
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to standards
* Follow up on pending tasks and bottlenecks
* Maintain project management systems and documentation
III. Reporting & Operations
* Prepare client reports and performance updates
* Assist in content planning and campaign coordination
* Monitor project progress across multiple clients
* Support operational improvements and workflow efficiency
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, project coordination, account management, marketing, or related fields
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Familiar with social media and content creation workflows
* Based in Jakarta and willing to work WFO at Baywalk Mall Pluit
Bonus Points:
* Experience in an agency environment
* Experience managing creators, entrepreneurs, or personal brands
* Familiarity with Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools
