PROJECT MANAGER, CX ENGAGEMENT
Contract | Malaysia (on-site) | RM 500/hr | 160 hours
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a customer experience (CX) engagement from kickoff to delivery. You will be the day-to-day owner of scope, schedule, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring workshops run smoothly and deliverables land on time. This is a project-based contract role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own end-to-end project coordination: planning, tracking, and reporting across all workstreams
- Facilitate client workshops and internal team sessions, keeping discussions focused and productive
- Manage scope, schedule, and risks, escalating issues early and resolving blockers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholder communication
- Coordinate with the CX Advisor and Analyst to align workplan and quality standards
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Malaysian national with working experience in the water utility or infrastructure sector
- Demonstrated background in customer experience (CX) and/or employee experience (EX) projects
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills across multiple seniority levels
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing ambiguity in a consulting environment
- Excellent written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia a strong advantage
CONTRACT DETAILS
Rate: RM 500/hr
