- Mengelola proyek yang mencakup mengkoordinasikan tim proyek agar mereka tetap pada jalurnya dan menjaga proyek yang sesuai
- Melakukan kegiatan pemantauan dan pengendalian untuk melacak kemajuan proyek
- Mengidentifikasi dan mengelola risiko untuk memastikan proyek tepat waktu
- Menerapkan perubahan yang diperlukan selama proses proyek
- Membuat laporan secara teratur kepada manajemen dan klien
- Mengevaluasi keberhasilan dan tantangan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran untuk proyek berikutnya.
