Qualifications:
- Active student or fresh graduate majoring in Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest and basic knowledge in project management processes (planning, execution, monitoring).
- Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Trello, Asana, Notion, or Jira is a plus.
- Able to work both independently and in a team, with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in project planning, coordination, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing timelines, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
- Help monitor project activities and ensure tasks are delivered on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support project execution.
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting for project evaluation.
