MGG Software is currently looking for a Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our fast-growing software development team.
Our projects span enterprise business solutions, national-level digital payments systems and consumer technology.
Our clients include large local enterprises, local industry bodies and a national-level financial institution overseas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management and delivery based on the agile methodology.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee the timely delivery of all projects, ensuring they remain within the scope and within budget
2. Drive project development and delivery through Agile scrum processes
Prepare and review project documentation, such scope of work, project schedule, progress report, project risk analysis and mitigation report and change notices
3. Engagement with clients and all project stakeholders to establish clear understanding of requirements and technical feasibility
4. Organise and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to faciliate flawless execution of projects
Monitor project performance with the help of appropriate systems, tools and techniques
5. Analyze and manage risks in order to minimize the negative effect on a project
Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs with the help of appropriate verification techniques
6. Allocate resource and ensure their availability
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry
Experience in agile project management practices is a must
2. Have completed at least 1 project development life cycle using the agile methodology
3. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related field
4. Strong communication skills, spoken and written, and experience in client communication management
5. Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
6. Adaptable and enterprising personality, with willingness to pick new knowledge and take calculated risks.
7. Significant experience in mobile app, software development and web technologies
