Job Description:
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
Requirement:
- Experience in the Telco/Fiber Optic Industry is a plus.
- Experienced as Project Manager in digital product or application development at least 5 years.
- Familiarity with SmartSheet software’s collaboration and project management tools.
- Experienced with process improvement.
- Advanced time management and analytical skills.
- Advanced Google Sheets and MS Office skills.
- Capability breakdown task to team project (Engineer, Project Office, QA, etc).
- Having a data-driven mindset in order to handle numbers, read trends, and spot data discrepancies.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills to collaborate and communicate effectively to convey ideas with peers and relevant stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing various communications digital product development projects or applications..
- Familiarity with website development (including responsiveness), web content management, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
- Exposure to Agile project management implementation is an advantage.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, often under significant time constraints.
- Aptitudes for managing projects remotely and across time zones when required.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills in creating, delivering presentations, and communicating expectations.
- Fluent in written and spoken Indonesian and English (ideally at a native level).
