Requirement Highlights:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, NGO/INGCO, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Project Management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management and SOP & Training Module development.
- Experience in Regenerative Agriculture is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development, sales, and agribusiness knowledge.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
