Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end IT project management, covering planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with clarity and precision.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software development, infrastructure, networking, and support units.
- Track project progress to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions to management and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to optimise efficiency.
- Lead and facilitate project meetings with both clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in telecommunication project management.
- Solid knowledge of Data Centre, AI, and ICT systems.
- Proven experience managing telecom infrastructure or network deployment projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
