Job description for Project Manager MEP at Pt. Surya Marga Luhur
PT. Surya Marga Luhur as MEP Construction Company is looking for skilled and experienced Project Manager to join with our project.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess from Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering
- Max. age is 48 years old
- At least having 8 years of working experience as MEP Site Manager or 5 years as Project Manager in building construction
- Having good communication, highly analytical thinking and leadership
- Strong knowledge and expert in building construction.
This position has responsibilities such as:
- Plans and estimate all cost related to mechanical, electrical and plumbing, including but not limited to calculate and evaluate of “Bill Of Quantity (BOQ)”
- Analyse and solve challenges in the implementation of MEP
- Manage the daily work of the local MEP operations
- Identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects
- Continually review the progress schedule of site works with regards to MEP services and report to immediate superior
- Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings
