Job description for Project Manager (IT) at PT Avows Technologies
- Job Descriptions and Responsibilities: • Proactively & logically propose issue resolution, solution, and monitoring approach. • Foster good communication and atmosphere among Project Teams. • Lead the communication and discussions/meetings between stakeholders and clients. • Proactively engage with and manage internal and external stakeholders. • Manage multiple projects to ensure prioritization and planning of resources and deadlines. • Contribute to project activities and deliver the associated project deliverables for all phases of a project and meet the client’s and other internal and external stakeholders' needs and expectations. • Execute the assigned project as project manager, assess and report the project risks, issues, changes and resources (including subcontracts where applicable). • Contribute to the monitoring, measurement and control of the project’s performance against the project plan. • Coordinate and develop a deliverable (report) as well as create a presentation and summary to support the deliverables.
- Requirements: • Able to adapt to new technology and the current trend in the IT field. • Have strong logical thinking skills and can work independently with minimum supervision. • A structured approach with an ability to work independently. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Not hesitate to discuss with Clients at an equivalent level and good at constructing a good relationship. • Integrity, curiosity and a strong willingness to learn new things from any situation as a professional consultant. • Highly motivated, stable and enjoy working under pressure/stress, forward-looking, clever, and hard worker. • Experience in a project management role or similar with end-to-end responsibility. • Experience in stakeholder management. • Minimum 2 years experience in project management • Demonstrate understanding of PMBOK/ Prince2 • Extensive project management experience in an IT environment • Demonstrate IT/technical understanding Note: The candidate must be willing to WFO in Central Jakarta
