Job description for Project Manager (Digital Marketing Campaigns) at Day One Pte. Ltd.
Project Manager plays a key role in our Company bridging between the clients and the various internal and external stakeholders so as to ultimately achieve the client’s requirements.
He / She must be a good time Manager as this position will require the candidate to manage and coordinate all our clients’ Campaign timeline in an orderly fashion.
Responsibilities
· Conduct client onboarding exercise and complete onboarding checklist, SWOT analysis and gap assessment during the project conception.
· Planning with the team, choosing, organizing, and motivating across different vendors.
· Overseeing and monitoring all the Campaign progress activities as per the timeline.
· Delivering and ensure client satisfaction within budget allocated.
· Engage senior stakeholders to discuss and address project issues and risks.
· Drive and manage project end to end delivery including requirement, design, testing, deployment.
· Taking minutes and ensure proper documentation of client requests to manage delays arising from client or vendor.
· Provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders as per required.
· Meet up with clients and conduct presentations whenever there is a need to.
· Be on time and reply to clients enquiries whenever necessary.
· Ensure all the Digital Marketing Campaign timelines are properly managed.
· Works closely with the Digital Marketing team.
· Conduct meetings, delicate work and communicate across clients feedback periodically.
Requirements
· Candidates must be Singaporean.
· Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Marketing Communication.
· Pro-active, hardworking, good working attitude, meticulous and results oriented.
· Resourceful and problem solver.
· Candidates must be able to function in Agile work environments.
· Excellent analytics skill with strong business acumen.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable data and presentation
· Excellent presentation skills that encompass clear, compelling communications tailored to different group of stakeholders.
· An advantage to have, Marketing / Digital Marketing background, website development experience.
