About the Role
Insignia is looking for a Project Manager (Data & AI) to lead the delivery of software, data, and AI initiatives. In this role, you'll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software, data, and AI projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams.
- Manage project timelines, scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve blockers.
- Communicate technical progress and project status effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and team collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager in a technology-driven environment (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Good understanding of software development processes and system architecture.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, or Asana.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing AI/ML, Generative AI, data engineering, or analytics projects.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
