- Manage and oversee documentation processes
- Prepare and manage international shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, BLs, COO).
- Track and monitor shipments; resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages.
- Collaborate closely with various teams including operations, project management, and customs clearence to streamline documentation flow.
- Verify, process, and maintain accurate records of documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, certificates, and other essential paperwork.
- Liaise effectively with external stakeholders such as carriers, suppliers, and customs authorities to facilitate smooth documentation process.
- Organize and maintain a systematic filing system for efficient document storage and retrieval.
